SERVICES We offer our services to architects and construction managers as part of a team effort on complex projects and directly to owners on structural repair projects. Investigations Provide reports to clients identifying problems and their causes, recommending solutions, and estimating construction budgets. Condition Assessments Provide reports to clients including comprehensive surveys, identification of problems, along with recommended solutions. Consulting Provide technical advice to clients. This may include recommendations about material choices, appropriate structural systems, or other advice. Design Provide drawings and specifications for bidding, permitting and construction. Construction Administration Periodically visit the site during construction, review contractor’s shop drawings and submittals, review contractor’s invoices and claims, resolve technical disputes, and make a final inspection of the completed work, for conformance with the design as required by the Massachusetts State Building Code. |
